User Terms
1. User Responsibilities
Users must use the Platform strictly for lawful purposes.
All activities must comply with Meta Platforms, Inc.’s WhatsApp Business API policies and guidelines.
Fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices are strictly prohibited.
Users shall not send spam, unauthorized promotional messages, or content that violates applicable laws.
2. Account Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including usernames, passwords, and API keys.
Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported immediately.
The Platform shall not be liable for losses resulting from compromised account credentials due to user negligence.
3. Payments and Billing
Users agree to pay all applicable service fees, subscription charges, and usage-based fees on time.
Failure to make timely payments may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of services.
All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
4. Data Protection
Users must obtain explicit consent from end-users before sending WhatsApp messages.
Users are responsible for complying with all applicable data protection and privacy laws.
The Platform does not assume responsibility for user data misuse or unauthorized data collection practices.
5. Compliance with Meta Policies
Users must strictly adhere to Meta’s policies and messaging guidelines.
Violation of these policies may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of access to the WhatsApp Business API.
The Platform shall not be held responsible for account suspension caused by non-compliance with Meta’s rules.
